It is important to be fit undoubtedly.
The first step to fitness is that you realize the importance of being fit. It's important to be fit so your body can stay away from illnesses and in case if you still get ill, your body should be able to fight it and for that you need to eat healthy and be healthy. A healthy heart is possible with little efforts and exercises.
So, likeI said eating healthy is the first and foremost priority. I try to include nuts and sprouts in my diet which give me all the nutrients that I require to run my day. I soak 5 almonds every night and eat it the next morning. Apart from almonds, I also include walnuts and other dry fruits as per my liking. They are tasty and healthy at the same time.
The next thing I do for being healthy is mop the floor everyday myself which gives me a little exercise. I also do other manual work like cleaning and shifting furniture, etc. which gives me the exercise I need - without going to the gym.
Apart from this whenever I am sitting in office and working on my computer, I breathe in and breathe out 20 times in three sets and squeeze my little exercise so I can stay fit while I am working in office as I do not get enough time otherwise.
I prefer to walk as my office is close to my house and walking keeps me active for the whole day.
I cook my food in saffola oil that makes my food more healthy. I push my limits to stay healthy and active.
